ByCoCo serves Caffe Vita drip coffee, specialty coffee drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, teas and hot chocolates. Caffe Vita is a Seattle based coffee roastery that is considered to be a pioneer of the Farm Direct movement, working with farmers who are committed to sustainable practices. Caffe Vita’s coffee is always fresh and imported directly from the farm roasted on-site.

ABOUT BYCOCO
Michelle and Peter Abren and their two kids, Sidonie and Willem, are the proud owners of Byfield Coffee Company, aka ByCoCo. ByCoCo was a lifetime, long shot dream of combining two major loves within Michelle’s life, coffee and horses. During 2020/2021 when most of the world was wrapped up in Covid quarantine, the door was opened for more family time and the opportunity to take a look at the future of how work/family balance could be maintained. Michelle and Peter took this opportunity as the right time to bring ByCoCo to life.

Michelle and Peter Abren and their two kids, Sidonie and Willem, are the proud owners of Byfield Coffee Company, aka ByCoCo. Michelle and Peter took this opportunity as the right time to bring ByCoCo to life.
Michelle and her daughter spend a lot of time on the hunter-jumper horse show circuit riding and working. Peter and their son visit almost every show with a fresh cup of coffee and hot chocolate for the girls. They saw the lack of quality coffee, and other drinks available at many horse shows where large groups of people congregate. So, they took an old, two-horse trailer and converted it into a vintage style mobile coffee trailer.
You can find ByCoCo at many local one- and multi- day horse shows, farmers markets, town festivals, and sports gatherings of all kinds—they’re also available for private events. Occasionally, you will catch them around town in the early A.M.!

ByCoCo serves a selection of coffees from Caffe Vita, a Seattle-based roastery that produces some of the best coffee blends available. That being said, we stand out amongst any competition in our product quality. We beat any off-the-shelf options other vendors may offer by offering true hand-picked roastery blended coffee and espresso options. Visually, our converted 2 horse trailer fits into the horse show atmosphere and is a conversation as it stands on its own. Our vision included the trailer’s look as being a part of the draw to customers. At other non-equestrian events, our trailer is appealing, clean, and different!
